Arctic Yearbook 2016 launched

The Arctic Yearbook 2016 was launched 28 October 2016 at Global Affairs Canada  in Ottawa, Canada. At this event, professor Lassi Heininen, the editor of the Yearbook said: "This year’s Arctic Yearbook with the  focus of the Arctic Council is very relevant, current and with high-quality, and very pleasant for us is that among the authors are many young researchers. It may be the most substantial evaluation of the Arctic Council so far.”
